Housing Corporations
The goal of the Housing Corporations group is to deliver advanced professional services in the field of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) for housing corporations. Aided by ALM studies and our complementary systems we support housing corporations in determining their long-term policy and the accompanying risks involved. We furthermore advise them in the controlled management and assessment of all activities and the most efficient allocation of the available resources.
Housing corporations play an important role in social housing, ranging from the quest to keep houses affordable to more large-scale restructuring projects. Therefore, the social responsibility of housing corporations is very high, and government measures are of great influence in this process.
Job Description
To accomodate the continued growth of our team, we are looking for a Junior Consultant who is able to
- answer detailed questions from our clients;
- train the users of our systems;
- advise our clients on how to assess their activities and calculate the risks;
- support housing corporations to increase their social return and responsibility;
- present the results of analyses concerning rental policy, social performances and capital risks to the board of the housing corporation;
- contribute to the further development of our team.
Education/Experience
An academic degree with a finance and/or bèta component.
Skills
It is imperative that you have a strong interest in the financial world and the social relevance of housing corporations. You possess an excellent analytical mind and are a skilled communicator as well as independent, inquisitive, pragmatic and a team player.
