OrtaX – a partner of ORTEC Finance – is a young and ambitious organisation specialised for the application of econometric / statistical models in the mass appraisals of real estate. The client base of OrtaX consists primarily of local governments, appraisal firms and housing corporations. Annually, over one million residencies and business and office properties in the Netherlands are appraised with using our software.
Job Description
As (detailed) Business Specialist , you model local housing markets with the help of the OrtaX valuation module. You will accordingly present the results of the modelling to both your colleagues and clients. You also estimate valuation modules for new clients and service the models at existing clients. Furthermore, you deliver an important contribution to the continued progress of the appraisal models and the development of new applications, for example to estimate the rental market.
Education & Experience
You are graduated with an academic degree in science, preferably in econometrics, math or computer science.
Skills
It is imperative that you possess a strong interest in the real estate market. Some experience with computer programming and database knowledge is preferred, and affinity with statistical models is important. You are client-oriented and are a team player. Moreover, you possess excellent communicative and analytical skills.
