ORTEC Finance is a young and ambitious organisation with approximately 125 employees, distributed between our offices in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. We assist companies and public institutions in making financial decisions by providing advanced planning studies and systems.
Job Description
You will provide secretarial support to the department head and the employees of two business units. Your activities will primarily focus on the Housing Corporations division, while partly assisting the Software Development division as well. The activities consist of the following:
- answering and redirecting of incoming calls;
- managing the agenda of the department head and employees;
- receiving and organising documents and incoming mail;
- correspondence, such as letters, memos, reports and faxes;
- preparatory labour with respect to invoicing;
- managing the automated client relations system;
- taking notes at meetings & guarding the agenda points;
- executive and organisational tasks with workshops and training sessions;
- booking (air) travel;
Education & Experience
You have finished a professional education as a secretary at the upper secondary level, and possess everal years of experience in a similar position.
Skills
You possess
• good understanding of MS Office-applications (Word, Excel and Outlook);
• excellent command of the Dutch (verbal and written) and English language (verbal);
• very good social and communication skills;
• the ability to take the initiative.
