The Operations division supports several Business units within ORTEC Finance in realising a high-quality and timely implementation of ORTEC products with our clients. Further activities of this division pertain to the fields of management (application and databases), support (test environments, database issues) and development (internal applications, data interfaces at clients).
Job Description
As a Technical ICT Consultant you deliver an essential contribution to our product support and in technical consulting. During acquisition trajectories, this technical contribution will be of great value. You will field all kinds of questions from our clients regarding computer systems and the installation of ORTEC software. You give customers as well as colleagues expert advice on system architecture (networks, servers, storage, remote access), interfaces with back offices and data providers. You will play an important role in the management of the internal and external applications and test environments, and assist in further developing these.
Education & Experience
You have received a college degree (HBO-level or equivalent thereof) with a strong ICT component.
Skills
You possess:

solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, databases (preferably Oracle); some programming experience and knowledge of SQL;

analytical thinking skills;

good social and communicative skills and an excellent command of both Dutch and English languages (oral and written);

a flexible and stress-resistant attitude, a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a structured and precise manner.
